I called to make a new patient appointment for some imaging and was able to get in right away after a very pleasant phone call with the receptionist. I had a referral from my dentist and due to my error, they couldn’t do the service I needed. However, they were incredibly kind and patient with me given my mistake. I wasted their time, but they were so polite about it and I truly did appreciate them taking the time to even speak with me and get to know me a little in a very short amount of time. Shout out to Dr. Sheth and the lovely front desk gentleman (sorry I can’t remember your name but you rock!) at the Overland Park location, I will recommend you to everyone for simply being so kind to someone who isn’t your patient! I may just actually have to switch to you guys one day but shhh, let’s not tell my dentist!! THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH KIND HUMANS, you all are making the world a better place! ☺️
